Forever Cairn's 2020 Gift Guide

It’s that time of year again, and if your reaction to that is the same as mine was, then you’re thinking: come on… it’s not even Thanksgiving yet! Well, the holiday radio music begs to differ. Don’t you think 2020 could use an early release of holiday spirit anyway? We’re here to make your holiday gift search easier, and we’re doing it with a local twist this year. Here are our favorites from shops right in your Pennsylvania reach.

#1 The Mint Leaf: Hand Poured Soy Candles

The Mint Leaf has hand poured soy candles in a variety of holiday scents. Our favorite is White Sage, but with holiday scents that include Harvest Berry, Christmas Eve, Hazelnut Coffee, and Peppermint Mocha, you cannot possibly run out of options. Brighten up someone’s holiday home with these soothing candles at 2619 Leisczs Bridge Rd. in Leesport!

#2 Forever Cairn: Dew Drop Tassel Earrings

We couldn’t resist from sharing these beautiful Dew Drop Tassel Earrings that we source fair-trade from women artisans in India. Not only are they made sustainably, but your purchase will also plant a tree through our partner One Tree Planted. Find it on our website at forevercairn.com to present someone with a subtly beautiful touch to their outfit.

#3 Betula’s Botanica: Holiday Soaps

These seasonal favorites are back and more wonderfully scented than ever. Betula’s Botanica has holiday soaps: Holiday Glow and Cinnamon, Sweet Orange, Spearmint, and (our favorite!) Winter Solstice. Get your hands on your favorite at 412 Penn Ave. in West Reading!

#4 Simply BOLD Café:

House-Roasted Coffee Beans

Simply Bold’s owner Melynda Wagner is good at all things food-related, but she’s especially great at one thing: coffee. If you have someone in your life who you can’t talk to before their morning cup, then this house-roasted coffee is a must-have. Stop by Simply Bold Café at 550 Penn Ave. in West Reading and grab the best daily booster!

#5 Kelly Florist: DIY Wreath Workshop

Whether you’re sticking to your family at home or visiting a few relatives, a wreath should always be greeting you at the front door! Kelly Florist holds workshops, and on Sunday, Dec. 6 she will be holding one from 2PM to 4PM to create your own wreath at her studio. With all supplies provided, the creativity is all yours!
